A company is looking for a Rep, Customer Experience - Bilingual
Spanish Preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Provide service support to members and providers through various
communication channels
Conduct surveys related to health assessments and satisfaction of
members and providers
Document details related to inquiries and assist with eligibility
and benefits inquiries
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and
experience
1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience in a
fast-paced environment
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience preferred
Familiarity with systems such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and
CRM tools preferred
