We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team(remote), reporting to the Senior Manager, Demand Generation. In this role, you will build and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads that convert into a pipeline for our global sales teams.

You're the ideal candidate if you have a passion for using technology and data to identify, segment, educate, and convert buyers and influencers associated with our ideal customer profile (ICP) accounts. We are looking for someone innovative, focused, and numbers-oriented. Also, having a fun-loving attitude and a desire to drive change is desirable.

What you'll do:

  • Execute the account-based marketing (ABM) strategy for new logo demand generation and customer expansion
  • Drive global demand generation efforts, including omnichannel digital campaigns, email and online marketing, webinars, and other result-focused activities to generate significant sales leads
  • Align with sales to optimize outreach strategies, conversion, and efficient workflow
  • Regularly report on-demand generation's contribution to pipeline and revenue, working arm-in-arm with Sales as well as collaborating across functions with the brand, communications, and Product Marketing teams

What you'll bring:

  • 4+ years experience in B2B technology, Security, SaaS, or other IT-related industry marketing
  • Broad knowledge of the various marketing channels and how to leverage them (organic web, social, email marketing, content marketing, webinars, events, demand and lead generation, partner marketing, SEO/PPC, etc.)
  • Agile, passionate, focused, driven, creative, numbers-oriented, fun-loving, with a desire to drive change
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to summarize, present and prioritize
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop strong trust-based relationships and manage effectively
  • BA/BS in Marketing, business or related technology area; MBA desired but not required

What success looks like:

After six months, you will

  • Drive global ABM campaigns for new logo and customer expansion
  • Evaluate and recommend new ABM vendors and campaign opportunities
  • Align with internal stakeholders to optimize conversion to meetings and pipeline
  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of ABM campaigns

After about a year, you will

  • Achieve business and personal objectives regarding demand generation, pipeline and personal development
  • Recommend ABM tools and programs that drive acceleration
