Qualifications: • Ability to carry out treatment plans as designed by supervising therapist • Ability to document daily care as per established guidelines. • Ability to effectively communicate response to treatment intervention to residents, family, and other team members. Education and Experience: • Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. • Successful completion of the National Certification for O.T.A. • Current state licensure or license eligible. • 0-3 years of long-term care experience.
