in West Palm Beach Florida is seeking a Board Certified
Psychiatrist with expertise in both child and adult psychiatry to
join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health
disorders, providing personalized care, and collaborating with a
multidisciplinary team to enhance the overall well-being of our
patients. Required Qualifications FL medical license as an MD or DO
Completion of an approved residency program FL DEA certificate
before start date CPR certification Medical degree from an
accredited school of medicine. Minimum of 5 years’ experience
Preferred Board Certification in Psychiatry with a focus on both
child and adult psychiatry. Proven experience in diagnosing and
treating a diverse range of mental health disorders in children and
adults. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to
work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to
providing compassionate and patient-centered care. Compliance with
all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards
Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations for children and
adults to diagnose mental health disorders. Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments.
Prescribe and manage appropriate medications, monitor their
efficacy, and adjust as necessary. Provide psychotherapy and
counseling services to patients, as needed. Collaborate with other
healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers,
and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and
up-to-date medical records in accordance with regulatory standards.
Stay informed about advancements in psychiatry and contribute to
the development of best practices within the organization.
Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and clinical
supervision sessions. Educate patients and their families about
mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of
