Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in a fast-paced food/beverage manufacturing environment located near Leesburg, Florida. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet our high-quality standards and regulatory requirements.Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance program
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
Perform regular audits of manufacturing processes, products, and facilities
Analyze quality data and work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement
Develop and manage quality control procedures, including product testing and inspection
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of raw materials and ingredients
Train and manage quality control and quality assurance personnel
Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues that may arise
Develop and maintain quality metrics and key performance indicators
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practiceRequirements/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in food science, chemistry, or a related field
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the beverage manufacturing industry
Overseen a Lab in a manufacturing setting
Knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMPs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
