the Role A leader in Aerospace is seeking Customer Support
Specialists to join their team in Hialeah, FL. This dual role
combines customer service support with data management in SAP .
You’ll analyze supplier and customer data related to spare parts,
provisioning products, and associated services. Responsibilities
include processing returned materials, resolving delivery issues,
and building strong customer relationships while ensuring timely
order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Review customer purchase
orders and assess requirements Process and maintain orders via
Cardex (ERP) and manage customer portals Collaborate with
warehouse, sales, and quality teams to resolve orders Prioritize
orders based on ship dates and readiness Research and resolve order
issues using ERP systems Monitor and act on open orders pending
resolution Expedite and manage urgent, high?complexity orders
Resolve customer claims with Accounting, QA, and other departments
Support credit/rebill processes, RMA handling, and root cause
analysis Assist Accounts Receivable with cash collection Track part
usage and demand across contracts/programs Align with customers,
sales, and planners to ensure smooth operations Requirements 3
years of experience in Customer Support or Program Management in
supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics Experience
with SAP/ERP systems Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills
(VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a
fast?paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication
skills Preferred Qualifications Aerospace industry experience Data
