Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their
needs, preferences, and desires to tailor solutions and exceed
expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address
customer needs and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless and positive
experience. As a Telecommunications Customer Service
Representative, you will promote our clients products and services
while showcasing your passion for superior customer service.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer
experience, upsell any necessary services, contributing ideas for
process sales order improvements and service negotiations. Maintain
accurate customer records and documentation, ensuring effective
communication and follow-up. Stay up-to-date on industry trends,
new products and services released, competitor offerings, and
emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations and
insights.
